You are the global community of switched on, kind and proactive people who have removed animals from your diet, have chosen to stop supporting products that utilise material or ingredients that have been sourced from animals and those who actively rescue and advocate for the millions of voiceless earthlings suffering.
We will be launching an international Kickstarter campaign in coming months. Reaching out to the rapidly growing Vegan and Plant based worldwide community to provide a vote of support for this project via a small contribution. Plus those who care about the planet, their health and the importance of turning things around for future humans and animals.
Our vision is to build a network of outlets and a source of education for those seeking more support in getting the best out of the decision to change the fundamentals of their lifestyle.
Even though our community continues to grow with impressive momentum, it is small and up against the energy of mainstream thinking. Most small businesses start with great people, full of passion and energy, with great dreams to bring into reality; the only thing often missing is enough capital to make it over the hump and roll into a bright future.
foodPHYTE is a fully costed project with strong revenue projections, even when conservatively calculated. We have great confidence that once over that ‘small business’ hump we will be able to provide secure employment for a large number of people and expand our reach in a stable way.
We have been warned by ‘experts’ against approaching you about crowdfunding.
They said, the global community that we are a part of will not engage in the kickstarter campaign, they won’t share it in their circle of influence and will not contribute sufficient funds to meet our goals for the campaign.
We strongly disagree with that negative evaluation of us all and have believed from the outset that if we put together a business model that looks after our folk; our folk will see the broader benefit of helping us make it happen.
The bottom line is, without your support, we know realistically that our chance of succeeding is limited and the likelihood of meeting our goals of expanding very remote. We will put it forward to you, offer a range of benefit options to contributors that make it worthwhile and like all crowd funded projects work hard to reach as many people as possible.
Then wait with baited breath to see if we have your vote of confidence to go out there and create something you can be proud to say you made happen.
If the goals outlined in the campaign are not reached ….. well at this stage we will not go ahead until capital can be sourced elsewhere; which is getting increasingly difficult in this part of the world using traditional methods.
With 100s of millions of people in our global tribe, for whatever reason they joined it, we only need a small percentage to add a small contribution for a successful launch and future expansion. Feeding, educating, providing support, sanctuary and peace to the people that visit; as well as the animals we support via the foodPHYTE Animal Sanctuary Fund. Then onward to help ethical entrepreneurs start and grow their own foodPHYTE operations, providing employment and sanctuary to hospitality professionals away from kitchens preparing animals for meals.
