The first and most important change anyone can make is to move away from animal sourced products towards a plant based lifestyle. This decision alone makes a huge reduction in our individual contribution to the human role in future climate conditions, energy use, water use and pollution.

- Use of bio degradable and re-usable containers and takeout materials.
- Management of food waste to a minimum and waste is used for composting.
- Using on-site and off site renewable energy supplies (solar, hydro, wind and batteries).
- Sourcing our supplies as locally as possible and organic where available.
